Research interests

My research is focused on the molecular microbiology with modern techniques (RFLPs, PFGE, PCR, RT-PCR, real time PCR, DNA / DNA, DNA / RNA hybridization, etc).

The main research interests include:
* recombinant DNA technology,
* biofilm and microbial virulence,
* genetic association and gene expression studies
* sero - epidemiology
